This session helps students or adults better understand their relationships with one another and with themselves, including their feelings, ideas, and behaviors. Social Skills: The lessons in this subject address how to build positive, respectful relationships; they emphasize assertiveness, non-violent communication, and conflict resolution. Decision-Making Skills: The abilities taught in this lesson include practical methods of thinking and carrying out activities to help learners make wise choices, establish practical objectives, and become knowledgeable information consumers.
